Mildew Magic can remove those unsightly stains on your roof and wash your home using our unique gentle fog spray method. We do not use damaging pressure washing which can shorten the life of your roof and exterior paint. There are two things which generally affect your roof:

1. The black algae which is airborne and feeds on the dirt and pollen on your roof, and
2. Mildew or moss which comes from overhanging trees or excessive moisture.

Both of these can be removed by our process but as long as trees overhang the roof or you have a moisture problem, the green may come back earlier. If the black stains come back within three years of our treatment, we will retreat those areas for free. If left unchecked, these stains can shorten the life of your shingles by absorbing more heat on your roof.
